Bay Villas was platted April 17, 1981 for the Bay
Club, Inc. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions for Bay Villas was recorded in the
Public Register of Collier County on September 17,
1981. The Association was recorded as Bay Villas
Association, Inc.
Construction and sales started soon after on the 71
two and three bedroom units that make up this
addition. Situated between a small lake, the
Registry Resort and a Tennis center in the southern
most part of the private Pelican Bay Community. It
was decided early that these Mediterranean style
units surrounded by broad brick courtyards, would be
beautifully accented by many palm trees and tropical
landscaping. Most units have their own pools of
various sizes, two car garages, and individual
landscaping.
We are governed by an elected Board of Directors of
member owners elected for three year terms.
