Bay Villas is a homeowners’ association nestled in
the beautiful private community of Pelican Bay
located in north Naples. Bordered
by three miles of white sand beaches with two lovely
beach clubs. This against a backdrop of native
mangrove trees; all part of a 570 acre nature
conservation zone.
The Pelican Bay community is home to the
Ritz-Carlton resort and the Naples Grande Resort
and Club. We enjoy upscale shopping at the adjoining
Waterside shops. We include an outstanding golf
club, two tennis centers, many fine restaurants,
over 40 manicured acres of parks, lakes, and nature
trails.
